Horizon CF celebrates its 25th anniversary

In 2021, Horizon CF turned 25 years old.

Since it was established in 1996, Horizon CF has spearheaded the creation and development of the Russian stock market and has been actively engaging international exchanges.

Over the years, the Company has come a long way, having transformed itself to achieve a fundamentally new level of expertise in service delivery and client relations. Today, Horizon CF is a leading Russian ESG, IR, corporate finance and non-financial reporting consultancy, acting as a financial advisor to major Russian issuers.

The Company maintains active dialogue with leading international financial institutions and the Russian and international investment communities, and interacts constructively with market regulators and government authorities.

With 25 years under its belt, Horizon CF and its team of experts have successfully delivered over 250 projects for over 35 companies. Many of these projects went down in the history of the Russian stock market.

Despite the COVID-19 crisis in 2020, we continued to grow and implement new approaches to keep our clients and their communications ahead of the curve.
