1. Close Joint-Stock Company Moscow InterBank Currency Exchange (Stock section)
2. Non-Commercial Partnership RTS Stock Exchange (including RTS-RQS and trading in OAO Gazprom's shares
3. Non-Commercial Partnership Moscow Stock Exchange
4. Over-the-counter market (low-liquid stocks, promissory notes).

Rates

The basic rate structure for the transactions with corporate shares and bonds conducted in the framework of the organized trading floors (MICEX, RTS-GQS, MSE) as well as with promissory notes in the over-the-counter market (for juridical persons) is as follows:

Fees for the transactions in the over-the-counter market with low-liquid stocks amount to 0.3-0.5 percent.

Fees for the physical persons are as follows:

• 1 percent - for one-time transactions;
• 0.3 percent - for clients engaged in regular trading activity.

The company reserves its right to change the basic rate structure depending on the market environment at the time of the signing of a specific agreement based on an understanding reached with the investor.
